Notes

As a result of a significant increase in the ‘Terminal Fees’ at PUERTO LA CRUZ 
effective 1st July 2009, the Associations find it necessary to amend the Variable Rate 
Differential for  PUERTO LA CRUZ found on page D-7 of the 2009 Schedule as 
follows:


“16	PUERTO LA CRUZ (Venezuela) (The published rates are calculated with
             allowances for all port expenses except the appropriate Terminal Fee at
             each terminal).
	
             When cargo is loaded or discharged at Puerto La Cruz additions to cover
             Terminal Fees must be made as per the table below:

	Guaragao (El Chaure)	add	USD 0.82
	Jose Monobuoy		add	USD 1.05
	Jose Platform – TAECJ	add	USD 0.82
	Jose Terminal 		add	USD 0.82
	Petrozuata		add	USD 1.05

	If calling at more than one terminal within Puerto La Cruz the appropriate 
             amount for each terminal should be added.  The above terminal fee additions
             do not include allowance for shifting expenses for pilots, tugs etc.”


This amendment is effective for all voyages on which loading is commenced on or after 
1st July 2009.
