Notes

As a result of a significant increase in the ‘Terminal Fee’ effective 1st July 2009, the 
Associations find it necessary to revise all 2009 rates involving loading or discharging 
at the following ports in Venezuela.

Amended rates are obtainable by ADDING the appropriate below stated amounts for 
EACH port to all rates for voyages involving these ports as follows:

	Bajo Grande				Add USD 0.32
	El Palito					Add USD 0.46
	La Salina				Add USD 0.32
	Paraguana Refinery Center-CRP		Add USD 0.33
	Puerto Miranda				Add USD 0.32
	Punta Palmas				Add USD 0.32


This amendment is effective for all voyages on which loading is commenced on or after 
1st July 2009.
